Product Information
Most Pulse Cosmetics products are oil free. Some Pulse Cosmetics products do contain natural oils which function as emollients. These oils provide benefits for the skin. For questions about specific products, please email Pulse at info@pulsecosmetics.com Pulse Cosmetics also does not have animal byproducts in the products, or tests on animals.

Does Pulse Cosmetics send samples?
At this time Pulse Cosmetics does not send samples of the product. However, if you are in need of assistance in picking the right products for you, please email a Pulse artist at info@pulsecosmetis.com

Unless damaged in shipping or unused, Pulse Cosmetics does not accept returns.

Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damages that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damages did occur to the item(s) in your shipment, please email us immediately at info@pulsecosmetics.com with a picture of the product and the order information. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. Customers also have 5 days from the product being delivered to issue such a claim of damaged product.

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery dates
We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online. Please note: estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability. The dates provided are estimates and are subject to change.

We currently do not ship out of the United States

Item Availability
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via Email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. Please note: The actual delivery date of your order depends on the shipping method you select.

Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item prior to its shipment, please email us at info@pulsecosmetics.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Order Cancellation
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

  • Item(s) not available
  • Difficulty in processing payment information
  • Cannot ship to address provided
  • Personal Checksn
  • Duplicate order was placed
  • Cancelled due to a customer request

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an Email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please email us at info@pulsecosmetics.com

California Tracking
Under California law, website and online service operators are required to disclose how they respond to web browser “do not track” signals or other similar mechanisms that provide consumers the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of personal information about a consumer’s online activities over time and across third party websites, to the extent the operator engages in that collection. At this time, we do not track our customers’ personal information over time and across third-party websites and therefore this requirement does not apply to us.

Third parties that have content or services on our site such as a social feature, analytics service, or an advertising network partner, may obtain information about your browsing or usage habits but this information does not include personal information. The products and services available on the Site, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof; you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Accuracy of Information
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the Site; however we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colors, information or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We apologize for any inconvenience.

With respect to any dispute regarding the Site, all rights and obligations and all actions contemplated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of California, as if the Terms and Conditions were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within California. Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in California and you submit to the jurisdiction and proceedings thereof, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of our affiliates, partners or licensors or otherwise have a cause of action in equity, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court of competent jurisdiction and you consent to jurisdiction and venue in any such court for such purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Terms and Conditions shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Terms and Conditions, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. You agree that you will not file or participate in any form of class action against us.

This site is presented “as is” and you agree that Pulse Cosmetics is not responsible or liable under any circumstances for any access delays or corruption, loss, theft, misdelivery, or other modifications. Computer viruses, system failures or malfunctions which may occur in connection with your use of the site, including during hyperlink to and from third party websites are considered beyond our reasonable control and are not responsible. We have no other obligation, liability, or responsibility to you.
